Registration will close 72 hours before the start of each course.
Some exceptions may apply so please contact us to inquire if seats and books are still available.

Full refunds (minus a processing fee for credit card payments) will be given only if cancellation has been made at least 8 days in advance of the course date.
Notification of Reservation Cancellation must be sent to the instructor via email or the
"Contact Us" tab on this website.
If the cancellation is made less than 8 days in advance, the participant may choose between:
1) a CREDIT for the full amount paid that will be put towards the participant's future registration of the same course taught by Susan Gruber at a later date OR,
2) a refund (in the form of a check) of the amount paid minus a $50 service fee per transaction.
Due to the unusual COVID-19 circumstances, the $50 fee will be waived if cancellation is due to illness or state travel restrictions. Only the credit card processing fee will be charged, if applicable.
In addition, if for any reason the course is canceled by the instructor, a full refund equaling the entire fee paid for the course will be sent by check to the participant.
